Welcome to Westchester Place! We are community of townhomes located in Westchester, Illinois near 31st Street and Wolf
Road. There are 262 townhomes in our development, which has only one access road off of 31st Street. This limited access
keeps our community safer. There are five different townhome styles: Ashtons, Brightons, Carltons, Dentons, and Eatons. Curiously
enough, these are also our street names. Westminster is the main thoroughfare through the complex.
This website contains all the information needed to live and play in Westchester Place. From this site you can: view
the Articles of Incorporation, the Declaration, and the Bylaws; contact the management company; view our Board of Directors;
print out variance forms; or read the treasurer's report, the president's message, or see an audit.
Westchester Place is a wonderful community with wonderful schools, local shopping, easy access to Oak Brook Mall,
a short drive from dowtown LaGrange, fewer than a 30-minute drive to Chicago, and close to other area attractions.
